Lessons
I taught privately at Island Music in Neenah, WI, http://www.myislandmusic.com/ from 2003 through 2022, offering piano, harp, clarinet, flute, and saxophone lessons for children as well as adult students. I relocated to beautiful Palm Harbor, Florida in December, 2022, and look forward to re-establishing my studio here!
In addition to helping students increase their proficiency on their instruments, I also enjoy teaching music theory to help them understand the how and why and to give them the tools they will need to create their own compositions!
Lessons are tailored to each student’s individual needs and personal goals. Learning to play an instrument presents opportunities to practice “life skills” in addition to numerous other benefits. Here are just a few of those:
